All presentations must be submitted by July 26th, 2024 to participate on the RAADcity Stage, to mariana@raadfest.com

• Format ratio: 16:9 aspect ratio format. PowerPoint, PDF, or Keynote. You may have a presentation/company slide for background if you don't use a presentation deck and would like to talk more informally.

• No late submissions or revisions will be accepted.

• Recorded presentation: Your presentation is recorded and included in the RAADfest conference video library sales and as a sponsor you will receive a copy of your presentation.

• Sponsored Main Stage Video for Title/Diamond Sponsors

  • 1 minute video of your company, to be featured on the Main Screen during the event: We require this to be submitted via link (dropbox, google drive, sharepoint, etc) to download a high resolution file.

  • Must be submitted by July 26th, 2024 to mariana@raadfest.com

• Printed Event Program Ad

Please submit your event program ad at your soonest convenience, no later than July 26th, 2024 in High res PNG or PDF to mariana@raadfest.com

• Title/Diamond Sponsor Full page ad. Specs: 5.5” width x 8.5” height

• Platinum Sponsor Half page ad. Specs: 5.5” width x 4.25” height

• Gold Sponsor 1/4 page ad. Specs: 2 .75 ” width x 4.25” height

• Medical services

Any medical services that you will provide in RAADcity must be submitted in written format with the procedure document and consent form and approved by the RLE Coalition Board. The consent form will hold harmless, protect, and defend The Coalition for Radical Life Extension/RAADfest from any claim or suit arising from the use of such treatments followed by a copy of your Liability Insurance with the addition of the Coalition for Radical Life Extension as an additional holder with the hotel as the location and a copy of Release of Liability Waiver to be signed by attendees receiving a procedure to include the RLE Coalition/RAADfest. Must be submitted for approval by: July 26th, 2024.
